Network Congestion

During peak hours, the Tron or Ethereum network can get busy. If your transaction shows “pending” on the blockchain for over 30 minutes, wait. It will usually confirm. Insufficient TRX or ETH for Gas

TRC20 requires a small amount of TRX (about 0.5 TRX) for gas. ERC20 requires ETH (about 0.01 ETH). If you send USDT without enough gas, the transaction will stay pending. Top up your wallet with a tiny amount of the native token before sending.

Marketplace Side: Manual Approval

Some marketplaces manually approve USDT payments for security. If you chose “manual approval” during checkout, your order will show “pending” until an admin verifies. At eSIM4Travel, manual approval takes up to 2 hours. If it’s longer, email support with your order ID.

What to Do If Stuck

1. Wait 10 minutes.
2. Check the blockchain explorer using your TxID.
3. If confirmed but still pending on the site, contact support.
